the purpose of the google form is to properly document your order so (1) we don't have to keep backreading our conversation; (2) the specs can be properly delineated in the invoice prior to turnover of the final output, (3) transparency!filling out either form should take less than five minutes! :)please note that the links below will take you to an external link.

COMMISSION TERMS & CONDITIONS

i. commission details

1. Commission me at least three (3) weeks before the date you need the output.2. Please expect a turnaround time of at least a week. Nonetheless, please feel free to ask for updates.3. Only commissions made through the Google Form will be considered as actual orders.4. Please send as many reference photos as you can.5. I will do the commission in my art style. Please make sure you like my style before commissioning me.6. Please specify the orientation of your commission (if landscape or portrait). Outputs will be in high-res, 300 DPI (i.e. good for printing).a. WILL DO:
- fanart of your favorite character(s), ship(s).
- original character(s)
illustrations of scene(s) in your work of fiction/poem/prose.
- art for your loved ones.
- banners, headers, icons for your social media accounts.
- cover art and/or illustration(s) for your zine, portfolio, writing piece, etc.
- NSFW, implicit and explicit.b. WON'T DO:
- mecha
- overly complex backgrounds
- furry smut (i'm not there yet lol)
- "realistic" style
- gore
- religious imagery, especially offensivec. OTHERS
- I reserve the right to decline a commission. This may be for personal or other reasons.- Characters will be drawn and interpreted in my own art style(s). You may suggest a preferred style and I will try incorporating it with mine; however, do not ask me to mimic another artist's style.- Kindly note that my art style is something that I have established through practice, including the stylistic choices; as such, please note that it will capture the likeness of a person, not a 1:1 recreation of how they actually look like in real life.- I provide the WIPs while I'm working, so if you have any corrections, please do so while we're still at it.- Once I have finished the art, it is understood that you have no other corrections and that it has been completely accomplished.- Corrections insisted upon after output has been sent may be permissible, however, you will incur the charge of $5.- Additional corrections will incur the same amount.

ii. terms of use

  • My art is my intellectual property and I have the right to show my outputs in my exhibits/portfolio.

  • Please do not remove my signature/watermark on the artwork: usage of my art with the removal of my signature falls under art theft.

  • Under normal circumstances, once you have purchased an art, feel free to use it however you want! Please just give clear and proper credit.

iii. payment

  • 50% of payment to be made after initial sketch/concept has been accomplished.

  • If you're from the Philippines, please transmit your payment via Fund Transfer to my bank accounts/GCash/Maya. I will be giving the details through personal message.

  • For international commissions, I accept payments through PayPal. Due to conversion rates, the pay will be rounded up to the nearest whole number.

  • For multiple or very large commissions, once I have accomplished a significant percentage of the commission, I will ask for a partial payment.
